Company Overview: Join our team at a NASDAQ-listed company leading the software industry, dedicated to innovation and excellence. We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to enhance our automation capabilities through advanced scripting and integration techniques.
Job Responsibilities:
· Evaluate, train, and enhance foundational LLM models for ServiceNow scripting languages, focusing on improving co-pilot features for accurate and context-aware automation support.
· Conduct regular evaluations and feedback loops to refine LLM-based integrations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
· Fine-tune models using techniques such as Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) to optimize ServiceNow’s scripting capabilities, including JavaScript, GlideScript, and advanced querying techniques like GlideQuery and Dot-walking.
· Develop and implement automated processes using ServiceNow's scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript, etc.), leveraging advanced techniques for data manipulation and workflow automation.
· Optimize existing scripts and workflows to enhance performance, reliability, and scalability within the ServiceNow platform.
· This is not a ServiceNow admin job, but a LLM trainer job in the context of ServiceNow development with a focus on ServiceNow scripting.
Job Requirements:
Tech Skills
· Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, specifically in developing and implementing custom integrations and applications using ServiceNow APIs.
· Strong experience on at least one module other than ITSM like HRSD/ITOM/CSM/ITAM/FSM etc. Any module specific CIS certification will be preferred.
· Experience in creating and modifying ServiceNow based technical requirements
· Strong proficiency in JavaScript and GlideScript, with expertise in advanced querying techniques like GlideQuery and Dot-walking.
· ServiceNow certifications, such as ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), are highly desirable.
Soft Skills
· Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
· Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate and improve scripting solutions based on performance metrics and business needs.
Summary
Location:Only India
Mandatory Skills: 3+ JavaScript, 5+ ServiceNow APIs, 3+ Glide Script Total Years Of exp- 5 years ServiceNow, specifically with ServiceNow APIs Opportunity- Full Time Notice Period: 2 weeks only

· How many years of experience do you have working as a ServiceNow Scripting Engineer using JavaScript/GlideScript?
· This role does not entail ServiceNow administration responsibilities but will require extensive verification of scripts generated for ServiceNow. Are you willing and prepared to perform these tasks?
· Can you confirm that you understand this is a full-time engagement and that Turing's code of conduct and expectations are that you will available for the 40h/week, also you will be available to overlap 5 hours in US PST time zone and this role will be your primary
focus, regardless of other reasonable commitments you have outside of Turing?

· For this job, the candidates will have to go through a 1-hour live-coding technical interview. Are you comfortable with this process? If so, Would you be available in the next 48 hours for the interview ?

You'll be interacting and validating the output of an LLM (asking questions based on an open source data set and then verifying and providing feedback on the response you received).
