Flashbots is looking for a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to augment our deeply security minded organization.

As a Senior DevSecOps Engineer, you will be dedicated to leading security initiatives while also contributing to critical products like Suave.

Due to working with confidential data, you may be subject to trading restriction policies.

• Think broadly, deeply, and creatively about security and our systems

• Collaborate with development teams in designing and building production systems with frictionless hardening

• Identify areas of improvement in systems and standards at every level of the stack

• Work with cross-functional teams on operational security

• Respond to critical ecosystem events

• Senior individual-contributor experienced with driving projects

• Deep familiarity with security principles and best practices

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, async, and remote environment

• Experience with production blockchain and TEE systems

• Experience with hosting patterns from functions to baremetal, CICD, and IaC
