About the Role

We’re looking for a Fullstack Engineer to join our Growth team, focusing on onboarding experiences for one of the most visited platforms in the world. You’ll drive technical and product strategy across a modern stack built with Golang, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you will collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to launch features that reach millions. If you’re passionate about elegant code, great UX, and global scale — this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do

· Architect, develop, and optimize scalable web applications using Golang, JavaScript, and TypeScript

· Lead full development lifecycle: design, build, test, analyze, deploy, and iterate

· Improve developer workflows and propose engineering best practices

· Review code, provide feedback on specs/mocks, and lead discussions on architecture

· Collaborate across product, design, and engineering teams in a remote-first setting

· Contribute to onboarding flows and consumer experiences that drive business growth

Required Skills & Experience

· 5+ years in software engineering with a strong focus on fullstack web development

· Hands-on experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Golang, and modern UI component design

· Experience working on B2C products in enterprise-level environments

· Knowledge of scalable state management, performance optimization, and reusable code patterns

· Strong organizational and project management skills with on-time delivery mindset

· Clear and effective communicator in global, distributed teams

Bonus Points

· Experience with GraphQL, REST, HTTP protocols

· Familiarity with Python

· Technical leadership or mentoring experience

· A proactive mindset — thrives in ambiguity, innovation, and fast-paced teams
