A NASDAQ-listed, US-based company is looking for a seasoned Backend Systems Engineer to contribute to critical product and business services. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—engineers, designers, product managers, and leadership—to translate technical vision into a reliable and scalable backend infrastructure. This role plays a key part in delivering high-performance services that support a mission-driven platform.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering
- Proficient in Go (Golang) for backend development
- Experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable production services
- Familiarity with service-oriented architecture
- Proven ability to write high-quality, well-tested code
- Passion for contributing to open and impactful systems
- Nice to have: Experience with Ruby
Offer Details
- Medium-term contractor position (6–12 months)
- No medical or paid leave
